Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the BunnyConvert mobile application and the website at bunnyconvert.com (the "Service"), operated by BUNNY BUGGS LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

BunnyConvert provides on-device file conversion tools including image to PDF, image resize, PDF sign, merge, split, compress, protect, unlock, remove pages, rotate, watermark, reorder, PDF → Word / Excel / PowerPoint / images, HEIC → JPG, ZIP, TXT → PDF, CSV ↔ JSON, MD → HTML, and similar tools. Files are processed locally on your device for the supported flows.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. No account is required for basic use. Pro subscription may be tied to your Google Play or Apple ID account.

3. Free tier

The free tier includes:

• Unlimited usage of basic tools (image converters, image resize, ZIP, text/CSV/JSON tools, HEIC → JPG)
• 3 daily credits for premium PDF tools (each premium tool consumes 1 or 2 credits per use)
• Optional rewarded ads: watch one short ad to receive 2 extra credits, up to a daily reward limit

Credits reset daily. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be refunded.

4. BunnyConvert Pro — subscription terms

Pro subscriptions remove the daily credit limit, remove ads, and unlock priority engine. Available plans:

• Pro Monthly — billed monthly
• Pro Annual — billed yearly (best value)

Prices are displayed in your local currency in the Pro screen and may vary by country. The exact price you pay is shown by Google Play or Apple at the moment of purchase.

4.1 Auto-renewal

Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal. Renewal is processed by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). The renewal charge appears on the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4.2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Android: Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BunnyConvert → Cancel.
• iOS (future): Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → BunnyConvert → Cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. We do not control these account systems and cannot cancel on your behalf.

4.3 Free trials & promotional offers

If we offer a free trial or introductory price, the regular price applies after the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests for Pro subscriptions are handled directly by Google Play or Apple under their own refund policies. See Google Play refunds. Our Refund Policy page has more details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Convert files you do not own or have the right to convert
• Use the Service to produce or process illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, doxxing, etc.)
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent technical protections
• Bypass credit limits, hijack ads, or otherwise abuse the rewarded-ad system
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law

6. User content

You retain all rights to files you process. We do not claim ownership of your files. Because conversions are local, we never receive your files.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the BunnyConvert name, logos, app design, and code, is owned by BUNNY BUGGS LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes consistent with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that every file will convert successfully or that output quality will match your expectations. We are not liable for files lost or corrupted during conversion. Always keep backups of important files.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUNNY BUGGS LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and/or canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the app and on this page with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring claims locally.
