Refund Policy
Effective date: May 6, 2026
BunnyConvert Pro subscriptions are processed by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS, future). Refund requests must go through the store where the purchase was made — we cannot issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment.
Google Play (Android) — how to request
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- Find your BunnyConvert Pro purchase → Request a refund.
- Follow the prompts. Most refunds are auto-approved within 48 hours if requested in the eligibility window.
Eligibility window for auto-refund: typically 48 hours after purchase (Google's policy may change). Outside the window, fill the manual Google Play refund form.
Apple App Store (iOS, future)
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in.
- Find your BunnyConvert Pro purchase → Report → choose a reason.
- Apple processes refunds within 1–7 business days.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Pro until the end of the current period.
Refunding reverses the most recent charge — Pro access ends immediately.
Cancellation steps are the same path as the refund request, but choose "Cancel subscription" instead of "Request refund".
Credits, rewarded ads, free tier
Daily free credits and credits earned by watching rewarded ads have no cash value. They reset daily, are not transferable, and are not refundable. Pro subscriptions remove the daily credit limit and ads.
